town houses in the Cape,
hence the name Flat Roof Manor. And if you are wondering about the cat on the roof on the label:
according to local legend, the feline lurked around long after the original owners of the manor had left. Estelle's use of unusual cultivars in the winemaking process reflect the elusive cat's laid-back, unpretentious and quirky nature.
