Immune-Boosting
Green Monster Juice (Note: A juicer is required for this recipe. Juicing is a great way to add leafy greens to a child’s diet.)
Ingredients: 2 large carrots 2 stalks of celery 3 large kale leaves (any type) 2 Pink Lady apples
Directions: Wash all ingredients and core the apples, then process in a juicer. Sip slowly.
