PERFORMANCECOACHING January/February 2011

COACHES CORNER A

s we start the 2011 season, we can celebrate a new year full of possibilities. For some, it’s a fresh start and a commitment to living a healthier, happier life. For others, it’s a focus on pushing through last

year’s limiters to be able to achieve a better time, longer distance or more consistent training base.

Since many of your athletes live in areas where snow, cold and darkness can hinder even the best intentions for training, we’re going to give you some advice and tips on how to get the most out of the workouts that your athletes have to do indoors. We’re covering everything from indoor cycling and running to how to utilize this time to build your athletes strength for their best season yet.

Happy New Year!
