CSUSM Extended Learning and the College of Education have partnered to offer Wikis, Workbooks, Widgets, and Web 2.0s: Creating Innovative Classrooms, a technology training program for Educators. Whether you are new to technology and online teaching or looking to learn new ways to effectively utilize technology in your classroom, these informative, interactive courses and workshops are just what you’re looking for!


Learn to teach in an online environment


Discover strategies for using current technology tools to enhance student engagement and learning


Explore Web 2.0, videos, Wikis, iPads, Twitter and other media


Develop teacher web pages, online surveys, podcasts and blogs


Examine major issues, current research and future trends in educational technology


Address critical issues such as equity, differentiation, ethics, software selection & management, copyright and legal concerns


The first course in the proposed program begins this Spring!
