Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) at CSUSM at Temecula provides the skills needed to be successful in the business world and prepares students for entrance into some of the finest companies in the region and abroad. The College of Business Administration, in partnership with Extended Learning, offers this rigorous undergraduate program designed to balance theory and application. The curriculum encompasses significant professional training, writing skills, presentation skills and group work skills. In addition, students in this program will complete their course of study with the Senior Experience Program, a culminating learning experience unique to our university. The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) is a cohort-based program consisting of 2.5 years of part-time study. Each student is required to complete 24 semester units of “Pre-Business Core” courses and approximately 64 units of study in residence with CSUSM. The program is designed to be completed in 8 semesters, including summers (assuming approximately 8 units per term). All classes will be held at the Temecula campus.
Prerequisites • The Pre-Business Core must be completed prior to admission to the program.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA in Pre-Business Core • Individual Pre-Business Core courses completed with a C or better
• Completion of CSU general education transfer requirements

Master of Business Administration
The College of Business Administration and Extended Learning have partnered to create a special cohort of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for CSUSM at Temecula. This program affords students in the Southwest Riverside County region the opportunity to earn a graduate degree in Business close to where they work and/or live. The MBA program is responsive to the requirements for successful managerial performance by providing the best in management education to those whose careers are in both public and private sectors. The objective of this MBA program is to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge essential for management and leadership in 21st century organizations. Using a variety of pedagogical techniques in the classroom to facilitate learning, the curriculum integrates traditional business disciplines and recognizes the importance of both theory and practice.
The program emphasizes skills and values that are essential to effective leadership:

The MBA Program requires 48 semester units of coursework, composed of 12 four-unit courses, integrating basic business education with advanced MBA-level material. The program is designed to be completed in two years, and classes will be held weekday evenings so as to be convenient for working professionals.
A unique feature of our program is that one- unit of each class is a group or individual study project revolving around a theme vital to management in today’s dynamic competitive marketplace. Themes include:
