Interserve in £42m education wins


Interserve has been awarded three schools contracts worth a total of £42m. These are the £23m improvement programme for Farnley Park High School in Leeds; £11m of schools extensions in the Nottinghamshire Construction Framework and an £8m contract to increase the capacity of four schools for Coventry City Council.


Work has begun at Farnley Park under the Leeds Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme, and is


set for completion in July 2012. Farnley Park is an 11-18 years High School which recently achieved a Specialist Mathematics and Computing College status. For a list of facilities included in the £23m scheme


Other purpose-built facilities will enable pupils from the neighbouring West Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (SILC) to access learning in a mainstream setting through the formation of
