No new orders will be accepted for WLR2 after 31 March 2011 and on 30 June 2011 WLR2 will be withdrawn. If you don’t move to WLR3 now, you’ll severely limit your ability to meet the needs of your customers.
The good news is that WLR3 is signifi cantly better than WLR2 and can help you to work smarter, faster and more effi ciently. You’ll be able to place, modify and cancel orders in real time, directly book, cancel and re-book appointments with Openreach engineers, reserve numbers and test lines. And you’ll be kept informed about the progress of your orders every step of the way.
