IFSA New Products
There was plenty of innovation and new products at IFSA Long Beach and the association was pleased to welcome a number of new exhibitors. Sue Williams records the event on camera.
1. Upstate Farm, known for its yogurts, showed a new range of Crave chocolate milk
2. Tillamook cheese has been voted No 1 in the world out of 58 cheese makers
3. Love & Quiches has a new range of Grab and Go products in six flavours
4. Green Onboard returned to IFSA after 18 years showing a new innovative bottle box made of ground up old bottles. Also on display was its sugar cane range
5. Crespo is new to IFSA displaying a range of pitted olives in pouches
6. gategroup was back at IFSA promoting Supplair and deSter and their Buy on Board concept
7. Natur Source has redesigned its packaging and showed off its new range of flavoured nuts
1,800 flowers displayed chocolates, popcorn and cookies (not pictured)
8/9. Sid Wainer/Mediterranean Speciality Foods displayed sweet baby artichokes, maple mustards, maple syrups and natural oils plus four year-old white balsamic vinegar and a new colourful range of rice
10. AMI was representing a large number of companies. New this year is AIP, importers of food products from Italy and the USA to be distributed to airlines and caterers in Australia
11. Linstol ‘s range of wooden earplugs is selling well onboard. New to Linstol’s range are diamond shaped cups and napkins for Virgin America
12. Helena Ranch, exhibiting at IFSA for the first time, showed its wine in a glass to reduce cost, weight and waste.
13. Campione d’Italia featured a range of new snacks including double doggie hot dogs, taco twins and four new flavours of Facaticio bread plus new breakfast breads
14. Amko displayed a range of equipment and the new cutlery developed for Alaskan Airlines
