Tennessee Market ADS Security (ADS), Nashville, Tenn., acquired Systems Unlimited Inc. of Jackson, Tenn., establishing the 15th branch for the regional secu- rity company and its fourth market entry in Tennessee. With locations in five states across the Southeast, the Systems Unlimited acquisition marks ADS’ furthest expansion west. “We are excited to be expanding our presence in the state that is our home base,” said John Cerasuolo, ADS president and chief operating officer. “The addition of Systems Unlimited introduces ADS to a new Tennessee market and bridges the gap between our Nashville, Tenn. and Paducah, Ky. locations.”

Graybar, St. Louis, Miss., a distribu- tor of electrical and communications products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics servic- es, added 70,000 square feet of inven- tory space to its City of Industry, Calif., warehouse to serve as a fully automated distribution center for its Southern Cali- fornia operations. The expanded facility has approximately 157,000 square feet of warehouse space.


The service center serves as the pri- mary shipping location for Graybar’s branches in Southern California and will complement Graybar’s Northern California Service Center. It is locat- ed at 383 South Cheryl Lane, City of Industry, CA, 91715.
