Insider News Business& Per Mar Acquires Indiana


Security Services Per Mar Security Services of Davenport, Iowa, announced the acqui- sition of Indiana Security Services Inc., Mishawaka, Ind., formally owned and operated since 1972 by William and Linda Humphries. Per Mar announced that Brad Humphries will stay with the company as general manager and will continue to oversee an electronic secu- rity customer base of over 2,300 residential and commercial clients in and around northern Indiana and southern Michigan. Per Mar Security Services is a family-owned business that was established in 1953. With more than 3,500 security profession- als operating from offices throughout the Midwest, the company provides custom-designed security solutions for a wide range of clients. These include burglar and fire alarm systems, integrated access control and CCTV systems, uniformed security officer services, business investigation services, security consulting, and special event services. Per Mar operates 21 branch offices located throughout Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and Nebraska, and now Indiana. For this acquisition, Indiana Security Services Inc. was repre- sented by Ron Davis of Ron Davis Acquisition and Mergers Group Inc., also known as The Gray Beards.
