It allows text, pictures, shapes, sound and video to be combined and manipulated in a free and intuitive way. Any document may be saved as a web page.
Students are encouraged to share and collaborate in an e‐safe environment. Thereby making full use of the power behind these online tools.
J2e has been designed specifically for education and brings Web 2.0 into the classroom. This is a completely online solution and one that is compatible with any browser that runs java (and of course any operating platform) and is therefore accessible anywhere, anytime; in school and at home!
Teachers are able to mark and moderate work. Students are able to assess and comment on each others’ work where appropriate. The ‘file store’ enables a document upload area, capable of holding, editing and revising any document types; with revisions of documents automatically stored for future use.
