Green Planet Solutions is celebrating the re- launch of its eco-friendly range of washroom cleaning and hygiene products by sponsoring this September’s CHSA Pro Am Golf Tournament.

The Green Planet range has been reformulated recently to produce an even better product whilst maintaining
green credentials. The brand has also undergone a transformation with a new website and image. Matt Anderson, Managing Director of Green Planet Solutions said:
“We jumped at the chance to sponsor the CHSA golf tournament. It’s such a prestigious event and we can’t wait to unveil our new branding ahead of our official launch. Our products are equal, if not better, to more conventional alternatives but give those with a green conscience, or those who are looking to reduce their impact on the environment, a credible option.

bags at the tournament so participants can get to know our range a little better.”
The CHSA golf day is renowned as being one of the best on the calendar and has gone from strength to strength each year. Both CHSA members and allied industries take part in teams and the tournament always sells out very quickly. Graham Fletcher, secretary of the CHSA comments:
“We're delighted to have Green Planet Solutions as our tournament sponsor this year. Shaun Chatterton of Green Planet Solutions and CPD plc is a long standing supporter of the CHSA and has served as chairman over the recent years. We're really excited that he and Matt have chosen the tournament to re-launch the brand.”
www.greenplanetsolutions.co.uk Victory for Numatic
Following a two year legal battle, Numatic announced last month that they have won a High Court ruling blocking Qualtex from making copy products.
Judge Christopher Floyd said that Qualtex had threatened to “pass off” Numatic’s long established Henry brand products as their own by producing a replica machine. The landmark ruling, which recognised that the distinctive shape of the Henry range of vacuum cleaners was protectable, guards Numatic from any third parties who wish to copy the famous brand.
Mark Woodhead, Chairman of the British Cleaning Council, commented: “All manufacturers strive to build trust between themselves and the customer and they should be protected from competitors who may wish to gain an unfair advantage. Numatic are a leading name in our industry and have worked hard for decades to build their famous brand; this ruling will enable them to continue this work and we wish them well in the future.”
