Pro commercial rainwater harvesting system, extended from the successful StormBank domestic rainwater harvesting system. The system

Passivent has developed a new option for the domestic market- both private and social housing- iMEV (Intelligent Mechanical Extract Ventilation), complimenting the established zero-energy Passive Stack Ventilation system. Passivent iMEV integrates ‘intelligent’ extracts and an ‘intelligent’ fan within a central extract system for the house or multi- occupancy building. The extracts open and close in response to varying levels of humidity. The central fan is constantly monitoring the extracted air and as it detects the humidity content is more than a pre-set level, it boosts the extraction rate.
