Our modular packages start from just £1,750.00 for a full day conference;


With all our modular sets the price includes:


Stock set & lectern Back projection system with DVD & PowerPoint playback & remote cueing Audio system with mixer/amp, speakers, lectern microphone & radio microphone (handheld or lapel) LED Set up lighters Full technical support, transport & equipment insurance


Additions you may like to add:


Bespoke set elements or additional panels or even a complete recovering of the set Stage, steps or ramp Graphics & event signage Spotlights (to the stage) and intelligent moving head lighting Additional plasma screens to act as relay screens or even for sponsor presentations Furniture (tub chairs or stools for informal discussions or conference table for more formal debate)


Terms & Conditions (in addition to our standard terms)


Venue must have a minimum ceiling height of 3.7m to accommodate any of these sets Ground floor access to venue (or extra crew maybe required for venues with stairs / steps) Maximum of six hour show time (10 hour crew day) Price includes travel within the M25 or within a 25 mile radius of our warehouse in High Wycombe (Buckinghamshire) additional miles may incur a charge Prices exclusive of VAT
