Vinylester from Reichhold. A number of different Divinycell core materials were used across the vessel.

Sea trials Sea trials were conducted in Norway rather than Swedish waters where the vessels will be operating. According to Mats Hjortberg, consultant at Coriolis, the conditions there are even harsher than the ones that the vessels will operate under. Te trials were very successful; the target speed was exceeded by 2kts, and seakeeping results were as expected. Hard sea condition tests with large/frequent waves were also met with full satisfaction. Styrsöbolaget operates four passenger

ferries on the Southern Archipelago in the summer season and five during the winter. Te fleet also includes a car ferry and a cargo ferry. SBI
