DSA has been working with industry representative associations, other stakeholders and interested parties (including members of the modernising driver training working and steering groups) to develop a new voluntary Code of Practice for ADIs. The new code reflects the environment in which the profession now operates.

The new code already has widespread support and we hope that you will find it to be a useful professional guide.

Our current intention, subject to confirmation that the content is not significantly incorrect, is to “go live” with the new code in the autumn.
