Field Sales Manager
(Telecoms Division), Glasgow

The Candidate
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic Field Sales Manager to oversee our Northern Telecoms Sales Division and implement an aggressive sales strategy to achieve our ambitious growth plans.
Based at our HQ in Glasgow, you will be responsible for tel- ecoms growth, sales revenue, recruitment, training and devel- opment across Central Scotland.
The Role
• Manage and develop our extensive base of existing telecoms accounts.
• Strengthen, develop and manage a team of field sales execu- tives.
• Overall responsibility for achieving sales performance and activity targets for the Northern Telecoms Division.
• Responsible for generating new business from new clients and existing accounts.
• Develop and strengthen our relationship with our key chan- nel partners to identify opportunities and maximise sales revenues.

• You will be a highly driven, successful Sales Executive looking to progress into a Sales Manager role or Sales Manager with a proven track record in new business development looking for a fresh new challenge.
• Experienced in the telecommunications industry in particular VOIP, Video, Unified Communications IP Telephony and Voice Technology. Knowledge of Panasonic & Aastra systems is desir- able but not considered essential.
• Charismatic individual who can coach, mentor and develop oth- ers in a complex, fast paced sales environment.
• Confident personality and be able to communicate and present solutions internally at board level as well as engaging at a senior executive level with clients.
