Fairport Engineering Limited Stand: F1

Fairport Engineering is a mature, professional organisation, which enjoys a high quality, technical reputation and significant financial stature. Fairport has traded successfully for over 28 years in the development and delivery of major projects for the quarrying & aggregate and building & concrete product sectors and is continually enhancing its position within the power, alternative fuels and recycling markets. The over-riding reason for this success has been the award of management contracts that have subsequently led to repeat business being secured by establishing project partnering and in some cases term contract agreements with satisfied clients. Fairport has, as an in-house resource, a widely experienced, highly professional and well qualified, multi-disciplined engineering capability, including both process and control systems expertise, which when combined allows clients to benefit from an optimised and bespoke process and system solution from concept to commissioning.

Fuchs Lubricants Stand: X3

As a major specialist supplier of lubricants to the quarrying and recycling industries, Fuchs Lubricants recognises that environmental management has become a key issue for industry. Fuchs has therefore further developed its national specialist environmental waste management programme, which provides an industry specific tailored collection of all waste streams. Fuchs has also recently introduced an environmentally friendly lubricant pack.

The new “Bag in Box” is an innovative design offering users tangible commercial advantages, including reduced waste disposal costs, minimal handling and reduction of carbon footprint. Bag in Box comes in a 100% recyclable outer case and with 75% less plastic to dispose of (compared to rigid plastic packaging), significantly reducing disposal costs. Bag in Box features a highly efficient container with a collapsing inner bag ensuring complete emptying without air ingress. Comparing a 20 litre Bag in Box versus conventional 20 litre plastic containers is an absolute ‘no brainer’ as Bag in Box is 52% more efficient in the use of storage space! With more efficient packaging and less storage space, reduction of vehicle movements is considerably reduced, improving your carbon footprint.
