All part of the process

Farleygreene is an established name supplying a new improved range of

sieving, mixing & process machinery

Farleygreene has manufactured the Sievmaster range of sieving

machines since 1976. The company was established by Alan Hare and Peter Davies, who had both previously worked within the sieving industry as designers and latterly in production management. Both saw that there was a niche market in providing customers with bespoke quality equipment in the sieving industry, previously it had been a take it or leave it situation with users having to settle for a basic machine which did not always suit the requirement fully.

Farleygreene provided customers with a new concept design, based on modular design, using the basis of one machine which could also be adapted to form another. This allowed great flexibility in concept and provided major advantages over existing manufacturers' products by providing customers with machines that exactly suited their requirement, therefore increasing their own productivity and provided the operators with equipment suited for the use.

Farleygreene's philosophy of friendly and personal service has continued to be pivotal in its customer approach, attention to detail and above all providing extra benefits has been the goal since its inception. From point of sale through to the installation of the sieve, to the long standing relationship in maintenance, Farleygreene ensure the equipment is always running at its optimum capacity.

More recently the company has successfully concentrated on increasing its position within the process industries, and now with Alan’s son Antony, as operations director, Farleygreene is assured of a continued presence in the sieving market for many years to come. Antony has an in-depth knowledge of the ‘Sievmaster’ range, sieving practices and design, having worked in all aspects of the organisation for almost 20 years. Since the start of Farleygreene, the emphasis has always been on performance as well as the ergonomic design the of the sieve unit. Producing reliable, high performance and aesthetic machines which provide good value for money has ensured Farleygreene's continued growth. Farleygreene has evolved its machines on an ongoing basis, taking advantage of modern technology and material changes as they appear. This constant development program has created one of the largest and most comprehensive quality ranges of machines available. Farleygreene offers the complete package, check sieves, grading separators, linear flat bed screeners, rotary centrifugal sifters, large gyratory screeners and small sieves for catering, laboratories and R & D departments.

All machines are built and assembled in the UK, and Farleygreene is proud to boast that it is probably the only manufacturer of sieving equipment that is produced solely in the UK. This allows Farleygreene to offer a service that allows for adaption of their standard range to suit a customers specific installation, with full traceability of any part within the unit.
