thoughts of dull, parched, lack-

lustre spring to mind then now is the time to treat it with some pampering and TLC! I’ve been inundated with requests for hair and beauty treatments and over the next few months I’ll be sharing with you lots of tips and new products to help get your hair and skin back to life!

One of the key factors in maintaining glossy bouncy hair and youth- ful radiant looking skin is how we look after ourselves from the inside. I can’t stress enough the importance of moderate daily exercise, a balanced organic diet and at least a litre of water a day.
