Payment
Credit Card - We recommend you pay for your goods by credit card so we can despatch your goods immediately, assuming you’ve chosen an in stock item.
Please ensure you provide us with the statement address of the main cardholder so we can process your order as quickly as possible.
Cheque - Please note we can only despatch your goods when we have received your cheque.
Overseas Deliveries - These are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be subject to Customs and Excise delays. Please note Muddy Puddles cannot
be held liable for any local import duties or taxes.
Delivery
Your goods will usually be despatched within one working day and will normally arrive within 7 working days.
There is a single one off charge per order.
Standard - £3.95 to single Uk mainland address.
Express - £8.00 for guaranteed next working day UK mainland delivery (excluding Highlands). Monday to Friday. Order before noon. Signature required.
Europe - £8.00 for delivery to EU countries.
Worldwide - for all other destinations please call customer services on 0844 557 4945 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). We’ll be pleased to give you a quotation
and take your otrder.
Occassionally items are out of stock and we will send them on as soon as possible for no additional charge. In this case please allow 28 days for delivery.

Provided it is unworn/unused, we will give you a no quibble refund or exchange. Absolutely no questions asked.
Simply follow the instructions on the back of your invoice and return the goods in the original packaging. Remember to obtain a proof of posting from your
