advertisement or notice does not guarantee
future publication of same. Casting Call
will not be liable for failure to publish
any advertisement or notice as requested
and any liability from error will be limited
to an adjustment for the cost of the space
occupied for the error. Maximum liability
for such an error will be a full refund of
the first incorrect advertisement only, or
