Richard E. Kopelman is professor of Management, and academic director of the Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations (MSILR) Program. He is an expert in work motivation, productivity, human resource management and organizational performance. He has authored more than 100 published articles and chapters in academic and professional publications. He earned a BS from the University of Pennsylvania, a MBA from the Wharton School, and a DBA from the Harvard Business School.
