NCL Group Benefits
A group with NCL can be anything from eight staterooms to a whole ship! All prices and group
benefits are based on two sharing a twin/double stateroom. Take a look at some of the benefits of
taking your group cruising with NCL:
Group Types
We will hold up to 16 staterooms deposit-free for you, whilst you gather details of
your group members. Then, when your group members have booked, they will need
to pay the regular NCL deposits of:
Cruises in Europe: £100 per person
Cruising in all other destinations: £200 per person
AE Suites & above 20% of total fare
The balance of the holiday for every group member will be due 60 days
prior to sailing.
We will negotiate an individual group contract for you if you require 17 or more
staterooms for your group.
Free pLACes
When booking a group, one free berth is given based on eight staterooms. This
place is based on two sharing a stateroom of the same category held for the
majority of the group and can be booked when full payment has been received
for the first eight staterooms.
It’s up to you what you do with your free place. Use it for yourself, a colleague or
organise your own tour guide.

Deluxe Balcony is equivalent to a Mini-Suite and there are no Oceanview Staterooms. Savings are non-combinable with any other NCL offer or
Latitudes pricing. Savings to be confirmed at time of group set-up and subject to change at any time.
