According to the Destination of Leavers in
Higher Education report (the UK’s official survey
of graduates six months after leaving university),
School of Engineering and Information Sciences
graduates are doing the following after leaving
Middlesex: 28% go on to further study; 58% are in
employment; 9% are unemployed.
Of those that are employed, EIS graduates
are at the following career levels: 23% are working
as managers or senior officers; 40% are working
as professionals; 12% are working in associate
professional or technical roles and 12% are working
in administrative or secretarial roles; the remaining
13% are at lower levels.
Official government statistics (available at
unistats.com) place us in the top third of universities
nationally for graduate employability.
