Yoga is a vehicle to greater awareness into one’s life. Yoga builds physical strength, stam-
ina, and greater ability to concentrate. It relieves stress and will train individuals to create
a healthier lifestyle. Our focus is on traditional yoga postures, breathing, and meditation.
Students develop at their own levels. Join us and have fun in this exciting, energizing class.
All levels are welcome; however, more advanced techniques are taught in the later class.

Come learn how to save you thousands of dollars by doing your own handy work and easy

home repairs. Develop skills and self-confidence to tackle home projects! In each section
students will be encouraged to bring their specific home repair needs to class. This is a
hands-on class with lectures provided by a professional handyman. Select the section based
on topics described above or sign up for both and learn all! Basic tools and safety will also
be discussed. 3 wks per section

Everyone has life experiences and a story to tell. This class helps you get that book you’ve
been waiting to write started and possibly finished! Peer review and support is provided.
Writing and publishing research is shared. The instructor, Judith Habert, is a published

Learn the secrets to getting your article or book published. We discuss ways to escape the
“slush pile”, whether you should have your book traditionally or self published, as well as hints
for how to promote, market, and sell your book. Instructor, Judith A, Habert, is the publisher
and editor-in-chief of San Diego Woman Magazine and author of two books. Student’s work
may be considered for publication in San Diego Woman magazine. Writing and publishing
research is shared. 4 wks
