During the economic downturn, it can be tempting to put more time than usual in to your work, especially if you run your own business. Stress in small amounts can be a good thing. It can motivate, energise and help to push that extra mile. But unrelieved work stress can lead to burnout.
Characterised by a lack of energy, emotional exhaustion, and negativity, burnout can hit at any time.

3. At the end of the day you feel: A) Emotionally drained. You haven’t stopped all day yet you can’t get to sleep for worrying about tomorrow. B) It’s been a hard day’s work but you’re pleased you managed to get through your workload in time to hit the gym.
