CIM PROFESSIONAL Diploma
The CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing is vital for marketers who are concerned with managing the marketing
process at an operational level and have a future management role in mind.
EntRY cRitERiA
A Bachelors degree in business or marketing (or an equivalent qualification) where a minimum of a third of the credits
come from marketing OR three plus years’ of appropriate experience working in Marketing.
couRsE DuRAtion
The course can be studied either by the Executive Programme, Saturday Seminars, Evening Classes or by Distance
Learning and normally takes 12 to 18 months to complete.
AssEssMEnt
The Professional Diploma is assessed through one examination and 3 work-based assignments.
These assignments are practical applications of the theory to your organisation.
stuDY MEtHoD
Delegates may elect to study by evening classes in Cambridge, Saturday Seminars in Bristol, Cardiff, Guildford, Leeds
and Edinburgh, or by Executive Weekend courses in Cambridge, Manchester and Plymouth. Alternatively delegates
may study by Distance Learning over 1 or 2 years.
