Your tutor will agree a work programme and assignment schedule personally with you and not to a standard pattern
to suit us. In addition we track your progress and will contact you if we think it will assist in maintaining your progress.
Many Distance Learning organisations sell courses but do not necessarily monitor the progress of
delegates. We believe that you will find this additional support beneficial in maintaining good progress. If you are able
to travel you may wish to add to your Distance Learning experience by upgrading on a modular basis to attend our
Weekend Courses, Saturday Seminars or Revision sessions.
DistAncE LEARning i
This highly cost-effective study option includes:
• Tutor support for one year from enrolment which may be renewed if needed.
Delegates should allocate between 6 and 8 hours for home study per module each week during the duration of the
course if studying via Distance Learning.
DistAncE LEARning ii
This option includes the same support as DL I but provides support for up to two years and includes taught revision
seminars. Delegates need to allow 6 – 8 hours for home study per module each week if studying by DL II.
WORLD SERVICE programme
World Service is designed to offer a cost effective study option for delegates who are unable to reach the college but
want access to study materials and expert tutor support.

• List of recommended texts to acquire on-line or remotely to save on courier costs
Delegates with English as their second language should have at least IELTS 6.5 or Trinity ISE III/IV and should be in
