A specialist tutor is provided for each module who will agree a work programme and assignment schedule with you.
There is no limit placed on the number of times that delegates may e-mail tutors. Whilst our tutors are all practising
marketers, they invariably endeavour to respond with 24 hours of your query. Within the UK, telephone access to
tutors is also available by appointment. This effectively means that you have your own personal marketing expert on
tap.
coLLEgE stuDY guiDEs
The study guides have been specially compiled by the Cambridge Marketing Colleges and leading educational
publishers. The course material in the Study Guides is complete with a step by step guide to the syllabus, real life
examples, self-test exercises and related assignments.
Study guides come on a CD-ROM using the latest Adobe E-Book Reader software to allow onscreen reading,
annotation and highlighting, making this a truly portable study companion; plus standard Acrobat Reader to allow for
print. Printed copies in presentation folders are provided to delegates on taught courses, delivered to the workplace.
AssignMEnts to coMPLEtE AnD E-MAiL bAck to YouR tutoR
Each course has a series of tutor marked assignments and additional activities, which test your knowledge of the
material and are marked by our expert tutors. The tutors then provide feedback to you on how you can improve your
assignment or exam technique.
tExt books
We believe strongly that in order to be good marketers you need to gain as much exposure to the subjects as
possible. Therefore, in addition to the self-study texts, we provide the main essential reading books to all UK based
delegates, delivered to the workplace, so that you do not have to spend time and resources in finding the right
materials. A companion textbook for each module is selected by our tutors based on their experience of past exams
and assignments cross-referenced to the study guide to give you chapter by chapter support. The recommended
reading lists are provided to World Service delegates to access locally to keep their courier costs to a minimum.

Our tutors have spent many years honing the tuition material used by our delegates. These lecture notes are available
to you as files in Word™ and PowerPoint™. Delegates attending taught courses will receive notes from their module
tutor prior to attending the course.
