Nick joined Whitbread PLC for seven years in marketing roles across the Thresher, Marriott and David Lloyd Leisure
brands. Nick joined Sport England, the UK government agency responsible for funding in 2001 as Head of Marketing.
He now works with performance improvement business Grass Roots, and is a Chartered Marketer.

Kerry Radden, MA (Cantab), DipM MCIM, Course Director for the Arts Programme
Kerry’s career has included Brand Management at Procter & Gamble, Producer and Marketing Director at
Battersea Arts Centre. As Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultancy she covered the fields of retail, finance,
consumer goods, media and telecoms. In 2005 Kerry established her own marketing consultancy, Plus Arts, which
specialises in branding and corporate identity for organisations within theatre, literature and the arts and charity
sectors. She began tutoring for the CAM Advertising Certificate and then took on the Course Directorship of the
Arts Diploma in 2006.
