The topic for the gathering is “Dispelling Myths about Yoga,” with talks on such
topics as “Do kids have to be able to sit still to benefit?” and “Do I have to be in good
shape first before I do yoga?” There will also be a forum for questions and concerns.
Yoga teacher and whole foods chef Vitalah Simon will lead the discussion and prepare
healthy, delicious organic refreshments for all. A table will be available for advertisers
to share their literature, and children are welcome at this free event.
