It’s nearly holiday time and it won’t be long now till you’re packing your bags and
getting ready to embark on your NCL cruise. So, here’s lots of advice and other
important information you need to know.
We look forward to welcoming you on board very soon and, in the meantime, just let us

First piece of advice
Don’t pack your ticket, passport, medical supplies or any travel documents in
your suitcase – keep them safely in your hand baggage throughout your journey.
And, remember, everyone travelling including infants and children need a passport
valid for at least six months after your return date.
Have you booked a Fly-Cruise, Fly-Cruise & Stay or Fly-Cruise & Tour?
With NCL’s eDocs programme, your cruise ticket and detailed pre-cruise information is
at your fi ngertips. Literally. You will get an email when your cruise has been paid for.
Once you get our email, all you have to do is click on the eDocs button and up comes
your ticket. It’s that easy. This means you can get straight back to the more important
things, like which shoes you’re going to pack.
If you have booked a Fly-Cruise holiday, you will also fi nd your fl ight itinerary, along
with any vouchers you need for hotels and transfers within your eDocs. Please be sure
that you or your travel agent confi rms your fl ight numbers, dates, fl ight times and
baggage allowance with your airline carrier at least 72 hours before your scheduled
departure. And if you’ve booked an Extend Your Stay package, your vouchers are here
too. Please take a moment to check all your documents carefully, especially the dates. If
you have booked your fl ights through NCL, please check your travel documentation for
information on any transfers that are included.
If you have booked cruise only, we are unable arrange transfers from the airport to the
pier. Transfers to the airport at the end of your cruise may be available at an additional
charge – please check with the on-board Reception Desk as early as possible in your
cruise.
If you need to print off further eDocs click on to our U.S. site www.ncl.com/edocs, have
your reservation I.D. to hand and you’re all set.
