are such fragile animals and the
stories behind their reasons for
being here sometimes are just
unbelievable. See the article inside.
Jamie and Debbie have been
working hard to try and bring in the
much needed funds to keep us
going and I know the staff and
volunteers have played their part in
helping to raise our core funding. You
will hear about the fantastic efforts
some of our supporters are making to
help us with our finances - spare a
thought for Gavin Gratton who had his
hairy chest waxed in full view of the
visitors on the Whitsun Open weekend.
Well, we have been promised a lovely sunny
summer so let’s hope that good weather will brighten
our days. There is much to moan about in life at
the moment but so much more to be thankful for
- and most of those things money cannot buy.
With thanks from everyone at Secret World
Wildlife Rescue for your continued support.
With best wishes,
Pauline K
P.S. If you would like some posters or
leaflets to help us promote our open
days, please given us a ring on 01278
783250 - thanks!
