Mike Foster is the Director of A1, which he established in 1999 following a training and business
skills based career in business banking, with additional experience from senior management positions in
the leisure industry and whilst undertaking senior leadership roles in the charitable sector with Rotary.
He has a wide range of experience in the small business market, whilst holding various positions with a
major high street bank. Mike was trained at the Warwick University school of business, holds his financial
qualification with the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has a diploma in Sales and Marketing.
Mike is also AICB, CB Dip Qualified Bookkeeper and holds a practising certificate with the certified institute of
bookkeepers.
He is also a qualified, HSE & QCA approved instructor to deliver first aid courses.
Following his involvement with various Chambers of commerce, in 2007 Mike was asked to join the board of The
Oxfordshire Town Chambers Network www.otcn.co.uk as a non-exec Director.
His interests are his voluntary work, where he has held the post of National Chairman for the voluntary organisation -
Rotaract, covering Great Britain and Ireland. He is a past president of his local Rotary club. Other interests include football
and rugby.
