Between Airline suppliers and Hotel suppliers a few differences are also recognised. While
‘consumer use’ dominates (around 20% of each) ‘ROI’ and ‘device and network’ issues are
concentrated on by Airlines and ‘technology’ and ‘internal’ issues by Hotels.
