* Young Parents can be encouraged to review the existing PCT plans and local health initiatives. * Access healthy start vouchers and change 4 life activities * Give feedback on how you access service and what you think is working * Engage in young parent groups looking at sexual health services * Attending ante or post natal groups and evaluating services * Participating in peer mentor training so that young parents themselves can impart knowledge of health services to other young people.

Stay Safe

* Young parents can participate in domestic violence support groups * Developing and sharing anti‐bullying messages * Participating in a group activity about crime * Understanding what is meant by personal security.
